Overview 概述

Jetstream is a weather, aviation, and stargazing app operated by 紘沛管理顧問有限公司 (Horizon Peak Management Consultant Co., Ltd.) (Business ID 95441739, Taiwan), which is the entity responsible for the personal data described here. We collect only what the service needs to work, and most of what you configure never leaves your device.Jetstream 是一款天氣、航空與觀星 App,由紘沛管理顧問有限公司 (Horizon Peak Management Consultant Co., Ltd.)(統一編號 95441739)營運,並為本政策所述個人資料之蒐集機關。我們只收集服務運作必要的資料,而您所設定的內容大多從未離開您的裝置。

1. Data we collect 收集的資料

• Account email address 帳號 email — only if you sign in. Comes from Google or Sign in with Apple, and is used solely to identify your account, apply your membership tier, and count your AI allowance. We never see your password. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email," we only receive the private relay address.僅在您登入時收集,來自 Google 或 Sign in with Apple,僅用於識別帳號、套用會員等級與計算 AI 額度。我們不會接觸您的密碼;若您使用 Apple 的「隱藏我的 Email」,我們收到的僅是中繼信箱。

Categories 個人資料類別: identifiers (email address) and service records (tier, usage counters, support correspondence). Waypoint coordinates are aeronautical reference data, not personal data. We do not collect data classified as sensitive under the Personal Data Protection Act.類別:識別資料(email)與服務紀錄(等級、使用次數、客服往來)。航點座標屬航空參考資料,非個人資料。我們不蒐集個人資料保護法所定之特種個人資料。

Purpose, period, region, recipients, method 利用之目的、期間、地區、對象及方式: the data above is used only to operate Jetstream for you — authentication, applying your tier, enforcing the AI allowance, and support. It is kept while your account exists, stored on cloud infrastructure in Singapore, processed by the providers in section 5, and used by automated processing within the service plus manual handling when we answer you. If you choose not to provide it 不提供之影響: you can use Jetstream without an account. Signing in is only needed to see your membership tier and to receive a member AI allowance.不登入也能使用 Jetstream;登入僅用於顯示會員等級與取得會員 AI 額度。

2. What stays on your device 只留在您裝置上的資料

These never reach our servers — they are stored in your browser's or app's local storage and are deleted when you clear the app's data:下列資料從不上傳到我們的伺服器,僅存於瀏覽器或 App 的本機儲存,清除 App 資料即刪除:

• Your saved places, home location, and stargazing observation site.您儲存的地點、預設位置與觀星觀測地點。
• Your route inputs and the last AI briefings you generated (kept so you can reopen them offline).您輸入的航路,以及最近幾份 AI 簡報全文(留著讓您離線也能重看)。
• Your display preferences — language, day/night, text size, tab order, units.顯示偏好——語言、日夜、字級、分頁順序、單位。

3. Flight documents you open 您開啟的航班文件

What we receive. Two things, and nothing else:我們會收到什麼:只有兩項:

• Waypoints, added to a shared database — identifier, latitude, longitude, and which airway joins two of them, so that everyone's routes plot correctly. These carry no flight number, no aircraft registration, no city pair, and nothing identifying you or the airline. Each entry does record when it was last contributed.航點,併入共用資料庫——代號、緯度、經度,以及哪一條航路連接其中兩點,讓所有人的航路都能正確繪出。不含航班號、機號、城市對,亦不含任何可識別您或航空公司的資訊;每一筆會記錄最後一次投稿的時間。
• The flight details filled into the form — departure, destination, route, alternates and scheduled times. These are read from the document instead of typed by you, and are then used exactly like details you type: sent to our servers to compute the weather along your route, and to Anthropic if you press AI 分析 (see section 5).填進表單的飛行資料——起降機場、航路、備降場與表定時刻。這些改由文件讀出而非您手動輸入,之後的處理與您親手輸入完全相同:送往我們的伺服器計算沿航路天氣,以及在您按下「AI 分析」時送往 Anthropic(見第 5 節)。

Everything else in the document — crew names, licence and employee numbers, fuel and payload figures, dispatcher contact details — is never extracted, never transmitted, and never stored.文件中的其餘內容——組員姓名、執照與員工編號、油量與酬載、簽派聯絡方式——一律不擷取、不傳送、不儲存。

4. Location 位置資訊

If you allow it, the app reads your device location to show weather for where you are and to draw the sky from your position. Your coordinates are used to fetch data and are never written to our database or to any log — no table holds a position, and we keep no request logs. Recently requested areas are held in a short-lived in-memory cache so the next person asking for the same area gets a fast answer; that cache is not linked to you and disappears when the server restarts. Coordinates are sent to the weather and map services listed in section 5 as part of an ordinary data request, without any identifier of you. 5. AI briefing and third parties AI 簡報與第三方

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and do not share it for marketing. The providers we rely on:我們不出售、出租或交換個人資料,亦不為行銷分享。所委託之服務提供者:

• Render — cloud hosting and database (Singapore region). As our infrastructure provider it may briefly process technical connection data such as IP addresses for operations and security, and keeps its own platform logs for a limited period under its policies. We do not export or retain those logs.雲端主機與資料庫(新加坡區)。作為基礎設施提供者,可能為營運與安全目的短暫處理 IP 等技術連線資料,並依其政策於有限期間保留平台日誌;我們不匯出亦不自行保留。
• Anthropic — generates the AI briefing text from the route and weather facts described above.依上述航路與天氣事實生成 AI 簡報文字。
• Google / Apple — sign-in authentication only (basic identity).
  PeakLog — membership tier lookup only, when you sign in or link your PeakLog account.僅提供登入驗證(基本身分)。
• Weather, aviation, and map data providers — public agencies and open datasets listed in the app. Requests contain no identifier of you.天氣、航空與圖資來源——App 內所列之公開機關與開放資料集;請求不含任何識別您的資訊。

We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority acting within its powers, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or of Horizon Peak. If Jetstream is transferred as part of a merger, reorganisation, or sale, your data may transfer with it subject to this policy, with notice in-app beforehand.我們得於法令或有權機關依職權要求時,或為保護使用者或 Horizon Peak 之權利、安全與財產時揭露資料。若 Jetstream 因合併、重整或營業讓與而移轉,您的資料得隨同移轉並繼續受本政策拘束,我們將事先於 App 內公告。

6. What we do NOT collect 不收集的資料

• No advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics, no crash-reporting SDK. We build no advertising profile and share nothing with data brokers.無廣告、無追蹤、無第三方分析、無當機回報 SDK;不建立廣告剖析檔,不與資料仲介分享。
• No access logs. Our servers do not record per-request logs and do not write IP addresses to any file or database; an IP appears only as a rate-limiting key in an in-memory table that is capped in size and cleared when the server restarts.不保留 access log。伺服器不記錄逐一請求之日誌,亦不將 IP 寫入任何檔案或資料庫;IP 僅作為流量限制的鍵存在於記憶體中的一張有大小上限的表,伺服器重啟即清空。
• Camera images used for the AR sky view are processed on your device only and are never uploaded or stored. Photos you scan for flight-plan text are sent for text extraction only when you choose to scan one, and are not retained afterwards.AR 星空使用的相機影像僅在您的裝置上處理,不上傳、不儲存。您主動選擇掃描飛行計劃時才會送出該張影像以擷取文字,事後不保留。
• Motion and compass sensors are read on-device to point the sky view; those readings are never transmitted.動作與羅盤感測器僅在裝置端讀取以對準星空,讀數不會傳出。

7. Storage & security 儲存與安全

Account data is stored on cloud infrastructure in Singapore and backed up regularly. All communication is HTTPS-encrypted. Session tokens are random values; we store only a hash of them, so a database copy cannot be turned back into a working login. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we protect your data with industry-standard measures.帳號資料儲存於新加坡之雲端基礎設施並定期備份;所有通訊皆 HTTPS 加密。登入憑證為隨機值,我們只存其雜湊,因此即使取得資料庫副本也無法還原成可用的登入。沒有任何傳輸或儲存方式能保證絕對安全,我們以業界標準措施持續保護。

8. Cross-border storage 跨境儲存

Your account data is hosted in Singapore. The AI provider and the public data sources may process requests outside Taiwan. By using the service you consent to this cross-border processing.您的帳號資料存放於新加坡;AI 服務商與公開資料來源可能於臺灣境外處理請求。使用本服務即表示同意此跨境處理。

9. Retention & deletion 保留與刪除

Account data is retained while your account exists. You can sign out at any time, and delete your account in the app's account section — deletion is immediate and irreversible, and residual copies in backups are overwritten or expire within 30 days. Data held only on your device is removed when you delete the app or clear its data. Support correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the request is resolved.帳號資料於帳號存續期間保留。您可隨時登出,並於 App 帳號區刪除帳號——刪除立即生效且不可復原,備份中的殘餘副本於 30 天內覆寫或失效。僅存於裝置上的資料,於您刪除 App 或清除其資料時一併移除。客服往來紀錄於案件處理完畢後最多保留 12 個月。

10. Your rights 您的權利

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may, in relation to your personal data: enquire about and review it, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request that we cease collecting, processing, or using it, and request its deletion. Most of this is available directly in the app. For anything else, contact us at the address below; we will respond within 30 days and explain our reasons if we decline. No fee is charged.依個人資料保護法,您就您的個人資料得:查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集/處理/利用、請求刪除。多數可直接於 App 內行使;其他事項請依下方聯絡方式聯繫,我們將於 30 日內回覆,若拒絕將說明理由。行使權利不收取費用。

11. Security incidents 資安事故

If personal data is stolen, disclosed, altered, or otherwise compromised, we will investigate, take remedial measures, and notify affected users by email and in-app without undue delay, describing what happened and what you can do. We will also make any notification required of us by law.若發生個人資料被竊取、洩漏、竄改或其他侵害情事,我們將調查、採取補救措施,並儘速以 email 及 App 內公告通知受影響使用者,說明事實與因應措施,並依法辦理應為之通報。

12. Age 年齡

Jetstream is a general weather and astronomy tool with professional aviation features. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.Jetstream 為一般天氣與天文工具,並含航空專業功能,非以兒童為對象,我們不會在知情下收集兒童之個人資料。若您認為有兒童向我們提供個人資料,請聯繫我們,我們將予以刪除。

13. Changes 政策變更

Material changes will be announced in-app before taking effect, and the date above will be revised.重大變更將於生效前於 App 內公告,並更新上方日期。
