Jetstream presents weather, aviation, and astronomy information assembled from public data sources (listed in the app), together with an experimental AI-generated narrative summary. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Model forecasts are predictions, not observations. If your email address matches a PeakLog account, or you authorise Jetstream from within PeakLog, your PeakLog membership tier is recorded on your Jetstream account. AI analyses cost real money to produce, so each account has a daily and monthly allowance shown in the app. We may adjust allowances, and may suspend an account that automates requests, resells output, or otherwise abuses the service.AI 分析有實際成本,因此每個帳號有每日與每月次數上限,額度顯示於 App 內。我們得調整額度;對於自動化大量請求、轉售輸出或其他濫用行為,我們得暫停該帳號。
The AI flight briefing is the only paid part of Jetstream. Accounts without a subscription or the lifetime purchase have no daily or monthly briefing allowance; they use only the one-time allowance described below.沒有訂閱也沒有買終生版的帳號**沒有**每日或每月的簡報額度,只能使用下述的一次性額度。
Briefings are metered. A subscription or the lifetime purchase includes up to 3 briefings a day and 30 per billing month; unused monthly briefings do not carry over.簡報以次數計。訂閱或終生版包含每日最多 3 份、每個計費月 30 份;當月未用完不累積至次月。
Separately, every signed-in account has a one-time allowance of briefings. It does not renew, it is kept if you later subscribe, and it is used whenever your included allowance is not available — that is, once you reach either the daily or the monthly limit, or if you have no subscription at all. The one-time allowance is not subject to the daily limit. Where a subscription is purchased through the App Store, it is billed by Apple to your Apple ID, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The lifetime purchase and briefing packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; if a briefing pack is refunded we remove any briefings from that purchase you have not yet used. We do not charge you without your agreement, and nothing you have saved is deleted if you stop paying. When your briefing allowance runs out, the briefing feature stops until it resets or you buy more — every other part of Jetstream keeps working.我們不會在未經您同意下扣款;您停止付費也不會刪除任何您已儲存的內容。簡報額度用完時,只有簡報功能會停止,直到額度重置或您另行購買 —— Jetstream 的其他部分一律照常使用。

Jetstream uses public data from meteorological and aviation agencies and open datasets, each under its own licence. Sources and required attributions are listed in the app. Those organisations do not endorse Jetstream and are not responsible for it.Jetstream 使用各國氣象與航空機關之公開資料及開放資料集,各依其授權條款。來源與必要標示列於 App 內。該等機構並未為 Jetstream 背書,亦不對其負責。
Jetstream is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Upstream data feeds go down, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to give notice of significant changes in the app.本服務以「現況」與「現有可用」為基礎提供。上游資料來源可能中斷,我們亦得變更、暫停或終止功能;重大變更將盡可能於 App 內公告。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 紘沛管理顧問有限公司 (Horizon Peak Management Consultant Co., Ltd.) is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, Jetstream — including operational, commercial, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.於法律允許之最大範圍內,紘沛管理顧問有限公司 (Horizon Peak Management Consultant Co., Ltd.)對因使用或信賴 Jetstream 所生之任何損失(包含營運上、商業上或衍生性損失)不負賠償責任。本條款不排除依法不得排除之責任,包括因我方過失致人於死或傷害之責任,以及詐欺責任。
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect and the date above will be revised. You may stop using Jetstream at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.我們得更新本條款;重大變更將於生效前在 App 內公告,並更新上方日期。您可隨時停止使用並於 App 內刪除帳號;對違反本條款之帳號,我們得暫停或關閉。
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taoyuan District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.本條款以中華民國(臺灣)法律為準據法;因本條款所生爭議以臺灣桃園地方法院為第一審管轄法院,惟不影響您依居住地強制性消費者保護法規所享有之權利。
